Discount Policy:

All the discounts offered to customers are applicable ONLY to the exclusive services offered by Vis Tours Lanka

The Exclusive Services are, Transportation and Driver/Chauffeur Guide Services.

All the Other Services, ETA (Visa Services), Air Ticketing, Accommodation, Tour Excursions, Entrance Tickets of Activities are not subject to the discounts.

Unavoidable Circumstances and Service Adjustments

Scope of Services

  • VIS Tours Lanka is committed to providing high-quality tour services, including transportation and guiding services, to ensure a pleasant and seamless travel experience for our customers.

Unavoidable Circumstances

  • In the event of unavoidable circumstances such as unexpected vehicle breakdowns, driver unavailability, or other unforeseen events that may impact the planned tour, VIS Tours Lanka will take immediate and appropriate action to address the situation.

Alternative Arrangements

  • a. Vehicle Conditions: If a vehicle becomes unavailable due to mechanical issues or other unforeseen circumstances, VIS Tours Lanka will promptly arrange for an alternative vehicle of comparable quality and comfort to continue the tour without any significant disruption to the itinerary.
  • b. Driver Conditions: If the assigned driver is unable to continue the tour due to illness, personal emergency, or other unforeseen reasons, VIS Tours Lanka will provide a qualified and experienced replacement driver to ensure the tour proceeds as planned.

Customer Experience

  • VIS Tours Lanka is dedicated to minimizing any inconvenience to our customers. We will strive to ensure that any alternative arrangements provided will maintain the quality and comfort of the original plan. Our goal is to ensure that customers do not experience any difficulties or significant changes to their planned tour due to unavoidable circumstances

Communication and Notification

  • VIS Tours Lanka will keep customers informed of any changes to the planned tour as soon as possible. Customers will be promptly notified of the situation and the alternative arrangements being made.

Limitation of Liability

  • While VIS Tours Lanka will make every effort to provide suitable alternatives and ensure a smooth travel experience, the company cannot be held liable for delays, interruptions, or cancellations caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to, natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, or other force majeure events.

 

Refund Policy: 

(Customers are responsible for transaction processing fees incurred by financial service providers.)

At Vis Tours Lanka, we prioritize your satisfaction and strive to provide exceptional service. In the event of unforeseen circumstances or changes to your travel plans, our refund policy is as follows:

  1. Cancellations by Customers: 

    • Cancellations initiated 45 days prior to the scheduled service will qualify for a full refund, excluding any bank transaction processing fees, which will be retained by VIS Tours Lanka.
    • Cancellations made within 10-44 days of the scheduled service may be subject to an administrative fee, the lesser of USD 500 or 30% of the total service cost.
    • Cancellations made within 1-9 days of the scheduled service may be subject to an administrative fee, the lesser of USD 750 or 50% of the total service cost.
  2. Service Disruptions:

    • In the rare case of service disruptions or unforeseen events, we will work diligently to find suitable alternatives. If a satisfactory alternative cannot be arranged, a refund will be provided.
  3. Refund Processing:

    • Refunds will be processed within 20-30 business days from the date of the refund request.
